Project Management Professional
Aimed at those whose goal is to achieve the internationally recognized PMP® and CAPM® designation, this course provides an intensive, in-depth look at all aspects of project management as defined by the Project Management Institute.
Intended Audience:
This course is intended for those who want to work as a Business Analyst
Prerequisites:
Participants must have consulted PMI® certification guidelines on PMP® and CAPM certification to ensure that they meet the minimum requirements on education, training and working experience.
To be eligible for the PMP® Exam, you need to fulfill the following certification criteria:
PDU(S): This course qualifies for 36 Contact Hours, which is a requirement for writing the PMP Exam
Project Experience - Experience leading and directing project "tasks":
- With Bachelor?s degree - 4500 hours over at least 36 months gained over the last 8 years
- With High School diploma -7500 hours over at least 60 months gained over the last 8 years

Workshop and Presentation
Each student will be required to complete a real-time project that covers the entire course curriculum.
When their project is successfully completed,
each student will then make a formal presentation of their entire work over 6 hours to an audience of fellow students under the supervision of the course instructor.
